DescriptionSEASHELL and colored glass dangling charms unusual pin circa 1940, 4" by 3". The wonderful charms include sea shells, fish, starfish, a green worm and flowers. While this does have some Hess Haskell features, I cannot find it in any ads or art work to say that this brooch is really a Haskell from the early unsigned period, so while I think it is probably not by Haskell, it is charming nonetheless, pardon the pun!!
