This clip is 3-1/4" by 2-1/3". DeRosa made other designs of these romantic acrostic pieces that spelled out messages of love and regard. Other DeRosa acrostics pieces can be seen in the book, "Jewels of Fantasy" by Deanna Cera on page 158, and in the book, "Swarovski, a Celebrating a History of Collaborations in Fashion, Jewelry, Performance & Design" on page 149. A DeRosa brooch similar to this one is featured there, which indicates that DeRosa used Swarovski crystals in at least some of their pieces.
