Description HOBE sterling silver bracelet with topaz and green color rhinestones and a safety chain.  The hand wrought setting of flowers, leaves and coils is wonderfully detailed and this was made in the mid-1940s.  It is 7" by 1" and it is hinged between each link so it wears comfortably.  It is signed "Hobe 1/20th 14k on sterling, design pat'd" on the back of the clasp.
