Description NETTIE ROSENSTEIN STYLE but unsigned sterling silver pocket watch shaped locket brooch with a hand painted flower bouquet insert that is surrounded by scalloped blue enamel and clear rhinestones, all in a gold plated setting that is 2" by 1-1/3".  It is not signed, but the detail in this is excellent, as is the condition, and it was probably made around 1960.  View  View  View  View
